Curtis
Looney
Curtis D. Looney is President and founder of Springfield Builders
Incorporated. Curtis is our main contact for sales and also provides
project management services for special clients. He has trained
and mentored supervisors, project managers and estimators in the
skills of delivering precise, quality construction services. Curtis
understands the challenges clients face and is always available
to provide practical solutions to meet their needs.

Kirk
Looney
Kirk Looney is Vice President of SBI. In 1993, after serving
four years in United States Marine Corps, Kirk came to work for
SBI as a skilled carpenter. He was promoted to superintendent in
1996 and successfully completed several multi-million dollar projects
while earning the honor of Supervisor of the Year in 1999 & 2000.
In 2001 Kirk joined our office staff and is now in charge of Estimating
and Field Operations.

Kim
Looney
Kim Looney is our Operations Manager. She handles all financial
aspects of the business as well as overseeing general office procedures.
She has worked in various areas of the construction industry all
of her life, including interior design, business management and
sales.

Rene
Freeman
Rene Freeman is our Project Coordinator. She assists the President
and works closely with project managers, providing the detailed
support so critical to project quality. She also provides support
to our field Supervisors and works closely with subcontractors
to provide project documentation. Her background in management
and accounting has provided an excellent foundation for this multi-faceted
position.

Lori Garner
Lori Garner is our front office manager. She is the first
person you will see when you walk in our doors. Lori is responsible
for all clerical tasks as well as assisting the estimators. She
handles the details and makes sure all documents are current.
